Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Operations Manager to join our team in Savigliano, Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Epu (Elementary Production Unit) and overseeing the entire production process, from industrialization activities to manufacturing preparation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Contribute to supply chain setup, quality plan validation, and industrialization activities within the EPU.
  • Oversee the preparation of manufacturing activities within the EPU, including requests for training and qualification of operators, hiring, and industrial process hand-over.
  • Finalize manufacturing preparation for activity within the EPU.
  • Manage the complete scope of manufacturing activities within the EPU, including task assignment, intermediate handover, on-time closing of work orders, and tracking KPIs.
  • Improve SQCD performance for the activity in the EPU and address issues raised in Manufacturing tool on time.

Requirements
  • Profound knowledge of Special Processes.
  • Working knowledge of Industrial Management, Manufacturing Processes and Technologies, Configuration & Change Management, and Automation/Robotization.
  • Basic awareness of Greenfield/Brownfield Development, Site Facilities & Maintenance, Transfer of Technology, Ergonomics, Team Management, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) rules and regulations, Lean Management tools, and Supply Chain/Quality processes.
Competitive Salary
