We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Services Representative to join our team in Aviano, Italy. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of military families.
Job OverviewThe Healthcare Services Representative will provide exceptional customer service to beneficiaries, ensuring they receive accurate information about their health benefits. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Verify benefits eligibility and process enrollments, disenrollments, and portability transfers using the Defense Online Enrollment System.
- Register beneficiaries in the MHS Genesis system and perform Primary Care Manager changes.
- Provide education on resources and benefits, enrollment/disenrollment information, and customer service to beneficiaries via phone and in person.
- Collect, process, retrieve, and disseminate transfer information for active-duty and active-duty family member portability/disenrollment processes.
- Conduct briefings for In Processing, Out Processing, Maternity, pre-separation/retirement, and other events.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Must be SOFA/Command Sponsored as a dependent of an Active-Duty Service Member, DoD employee, or US Contractor supporting the DoD.
- Must be a US Citizen and possess a Soggiornio and Missione Visa.
- Be eligible for and maintain ADP IT III / Non-Sensitive Position, Tier 1.
Leidos offers a competitive salary, paid time off (PTO) packages, 10 paid federal holidays, 401K retirement plan, college tuition and technical certification assistance, on-the-job training, paid parental leave, paid disability leave, and an internal/external referral bonus program.
The estimated salary for this role is approximately €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
