Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cell Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for developing memory-array characterization techniques, analyzing electrical test results, and driving improvements to cell performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement memory-array characterization techniques to improve cell performance and reliability
  • Analyze electrical test results to identify areas for improvement and drive changes to circuit and process designs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug, design, simulate, and implement circuit and process changes during the development of prototype memory products

Qualifications and Skills

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Physics
  • Knowledge of mainstream semiconductor memory technologies, including DRAM, NAND, and NOR
  • Broad knowledge and experience in semiconductor device physics and electronics circuits
  • Proficiency with electrical device data collection and analysis, DOE, and statistical techniques
  • Understanding of circuit operation and product architecture in semiconductor memory products
  • Experience in software and hardware for automatic measurements setup
  • Experience in data analysis with statistical tools and physical modeling
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong ability to work in a team on complex matters
  • Demonstrated strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Fluent oral and written English
