Job Title: Cell Development Engineer

At Micron Technology, we're pushing the boundaries of innovation in memory and storage solutions. As a Cell Development Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in transforming how the world uses information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop memory-array characterization techniques to drive improvements in cell performance and reliability.
  • Analyze electrical test results and participate in the debug, design, simulation, and implementation of circuit and process changes.
  • Collaborate closely with the Design, Process Development, and Product Engineering teams to deliver prototype memory products.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or Physics.
  • Knowledge of mainstream semiconductor memory technologies, including DRAM, NAND, and NOR.
  • Experience with alternative/emerging memory technologies is desired.
  • Broad knowledge and experience in semiconductor device physics and electronics circuits.
  • Proficiency with electrical device data collection and analysis, DOE, and statistical techniques.
  • Understanding of circuit operation and product architecture in semiconductor memory products.
  • Software Skills: Experience in software and hardware for automatic measurements setup.
  • Data Analysis: Experience in data analysis with statistical tools and physical modeling.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Teamwork: Strong ability to work in a team on complex matters.
  • Communication: Demonstrated strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills.
  • Work Ethic: Self-starter with strong work ethic.
  • Language: Fluent oral and written English.
  • Presentation: Above average clarity in presenting data to a broad audience.
