Job Overview

OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:

Reporting directly to the Store Director, the Inventory Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing store performance by managing the flow of merchandise within the retail environment while adhering to all internal logistics protocols.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks Exceptional interpersonal abilities Flexibility, adaptability, customer service orientation, and teamwork Proficient in IT systems Awareness of product trends and a keen understanding of market dynamics is advantageous

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Business Contributor:

Monitor and manage monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans Prepare for annual inventory assessments and identify discrepancies Ensure stock levels are maintained to meet sales objectives

As a Brand Advocate:

Foster the brand's ethos both internally and externally

Collaborate with all internal and external partners with a service-focused, cooperative, and adaptable mindset

Uphold the Store's image in accordance with corporate guidelines

Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and presentation of all areas in line with Visual Merchandising Standards

Deliver an outstanding customer experience

Ensure customer satisfaction and engagement while upholding the brand's qualitative standards Adhere to guidelines from headquarters regarding client engagement

As a Collaborative Team Member:

Contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere

Consistently demonstrate professionalism in all interactions, including communication and teamwork Collaborate effectively within a team and provide support to colleagues Offer constructive feedback and timely reports to management

As a Process Facilitator:

Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming merchandise Organize and maintain stock areas Manage transfers and handle all related administrative tasks Prepare and package products for shipment, including managing administrative documentation Coordinate the return of merchandise to outlets and warehouses Manage packaging and small supply orders Comply with all Company Policies and Operational Procedures
