Position Overview

OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:

Under the supervision of the Store Director, the Stock Management Associate plays a crucial role in enhancing store performance by managing the flow of merchandise and adhering to all internal logistics protocols.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication abilities
  • Flexibility, adaptability, commitment to service, and teamwork
  • Proficient in IT systems
  • Awareness of product trends and a keen understanding of the fashion market is advantageous

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Business Contributor:

  • Monitor and manage monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans
  • Prepare for annual inventory checks and investigate any discrepancies
  • Ensure optimal stock levels to meet sales objectives

As a Brand Advocate:

Foster the brand's ethos both internally and externally

  • Collaborate with all internal and external partners with a service-oriented and cooperative mindset

Uphold the Store's image in accordance with corporate standards

  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards across all areas

Deliver an exceptional customer experience

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and engagement while upholding the brand's quality standards
  • Adhere to guidelines from headquarters regarding client interactions

As a Collaborative Team Member:

As a Process Facilitator:

  • Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming merchandise
  • Organize and maintain stock areas
  • Manage transfers and related administrative tasks
  • Prepare and package products for shipment, including handling all administrative aspects
  • Process returns to outlets and warehouses
  • Manage orders for packaging and small office supplies
  • Comply with all Company Policies and Operational Procedures
