Job Title: Project Coordinator – Part Time

Fondazione L'Albero Della Vita, an international development organization, is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct implementation, monitoring, and reporting of all project activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive project plan, setting objectives, timelines, and deliverables in line with the project's goals and EU regulations.
  • Oversee the execution of project activities, ensuring they are carried out effectively, efficiently, and within budget.
  • Engage and coordinate with various stakeholders, including project partners, consortium members, public authorities, and relevant organizations to foster collaboration and achieve project objectives.
  • Maintain high standards of project implementation, ensuring adherence to EU guidelines, best practices, and ethical standards.
  • Establish systems to monitor project progress, track milestones, and evaluate outcomes against predetermined indicators and targets.
  • Identify and manage project risks, developing contingency plans, and taking proactive measures to address potential obstacles.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with external stakeholders, as well as disseminate project outcomes and results to relevant audiences.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or equivalent in Humanities or Economics and preferably a Specializing Master in Project Management.
  • A minimum of three years of work experience in European projects coordination and financial management.
  • A minimum of two years of work experience in managing projects on gender, human rights, inclusion, work-life balance.
  • Professional experience of planning and managing in humanitarian and social initiatives.
  • Good knowledge of European implementing and reporting requirement system.
  • Fluent English, written and oral.
