Your Role
As an Italian-speaking Operational Risk specialist with a background in managing manufacturing or heavy industry operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting our teams with the assessment and auditing of client sites. Additionally, you will deliver coaching and training aimed at instilling cultural and behavioral changes in the approach to process and workplace safety.
Candidate Profile
As a freelance subject matter expert, you will be prepared to engage with complex safety projects, demonstrating a proven track record of coaching and training stakeholders at all organizational levels. You will also:
- Possess a Master's degree in Engineering, HSE, or Business.
- Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Operational Risk Management and Workplace Safety training.
- Exhibit expertise in operational risk management, operational excellence, or sustainability within the Chemical, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, or Utilities sectors.
- Have experience in managing change and fostering a safety culture.
- Be fluent in Italian.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to develop expertise in safety and operations management.
- Be interested in freelance opportunities, capable of engaging in both short and long-term projects without guarantees of further work.
