Job Summary

We are seeking an ESG Sustainability Specialist to join our HSE & ESG department. The successful candidate will cooperate in implementing our ESG strategy, ensuring compliance with regulations and consistency of related reporting.

Main Responsibilities

  • ESG Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with ESG regulations, particularly CSRD, and consistency of related reporting.
  • CSRD Roadmap Deployment: Deploy the CSRD roadmap for ESG data, working cross-functionally to plan, define procedures, collect and aggregate data, and review reports.
  • Carbon Footprint Measurement: Regularly measure the Carbon Footprint (GHG Protocol).
  • LCA Initiatives: Develop Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) initiatives.
  • Decarbonization Strategies: Support decarbonization strategies and monitor the implementation of action plans in various departments.
  • Science-Based Targets Initiative (SBTI): Support in defining objectives in line with the science-based targets initiative.
  • HSE & ESG Management Systems: Support the HSE & ESG team in implementing and maintaining HSE & ESG Management Systems.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree as a minimum, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in ESG-related activities.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong experience in data analysis, MS Office (Excel), advanced knowledge of Carbon accounting and ESG reporting, good knowledge of LCA analysis, and strong communication skills.
