We are seeking a skilled Trainer to join our Amazon Italia Transport Srl team. As a Trainer, you will play a critical role in onboarding and upskilling our employees, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to stay safe, be efficient, and enjoy professional growth at Amazon.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver training and coaching to Amazon's standard, reviewing and improving site-training completion rates with managers and associates.
- Gather feedback and highlight areas where there are opportunities to streamline or improve the training experience.
- Work with stakeholders across Italy and Europe to identify areas where further training and development is needed.
- Help to audit metrics such as safety, quality, and process across sites.
- Train and coach associates to become ambassadors who can help deliver coaching and training to local teams.
- Plan efficient training plans and participate actively in workshops by bringing data and accurate analysis.
- Assess process compliance and drive data-driven decisions.
Amazon's Transportation Service (ATS) team is a diverse and dynamic group that plays a central role in our success. We use air, sea, and road transport, as well as Sortation Centres equipped with the latest technology, to help Amazon's transport run at maximum efficiency. Our team captures data and uses it to drive decisions, making Amazon more innovative and efficient.
Requirements- Relevant experience of using clear communication, including evidence of delivering training groups and creating corresponding communications and training materials.
- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) in a professional environment.
- Advanced proficiency in the local language.
- Fluent English certificate or knowledge.
- Analytical approach based on relevant projects involved.
- Data-driven approach based on previous experience.
- Certificate or relevant experience in Learning as trainer, coach, teacher, etc.
- Evidence in public speaking skill based on previous work experience.
