Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Security Escalation Specialist to join our team at Sysdig. The ideal candidate will have a track record of managing high-value customer relationships and developing comprehensive account plans to prevent customer churn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for critical account issues, coordinating with internal teams to resolve problems swiftly and effectively.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to prevent customer churn and turn around at-risk accounts.
  • Regularly report to executive leadership on the status of critical accounts, including progress, risks, and achievements.

Requirements:

  • Track record of managing high-value customer relationships, particularly in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Skilled in crafting detailed project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Cross-functional coordination skills to drive consensus and action plans for critical account initiatives.
  • Familiarity with cloud security standards, cloud technologies, and cloud infrastructure.
