Industrial Controller

ManpowerGroup, a leading global workforce solutions company, is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Controller to join our team in Brescia, Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Senior Manager in managing the process of preparing the three-year business plan, annual budget, periodic forecasts, monthly and annual closures, and analyzing deviations between budget and actual results.
• Support the Senior Manager in managing the analytical/industrial accounting process:
• analyze costs by function, responsible, and process/activity, identifying areas for improvement
• analyze direct, indirect, and commercial/general/administrative production costs
• manage accounting for cost objects, internal orders, profit centers, and business areas
• calculate planned and actual tariffs
• analyze investments
• analyze achievement of sales revenue and profitability targets by different views (e.g., customer, geographic area, sales representative, article, etc.) at the industrial margin and contribution level
• Manage the cost accounting process:
• define product costs
• define costs for inventory valuation and civil/fiscal accounting
• analyze inventory excesses and obsolescence, verify LIFO reserve
• analyze sales cost related to inventory management
• scrap and waste
• rotations
• inventory adjustments
• price differences
• Support the process of physical inventory count with sample analysis and verification of results
• Support the Senior Manager in preparing reports for other Functions, the Company Management, internal and external audits
• Manage assigned projects and activities in accordance with instructions given and within the assigned timeframe
• Report to the Senior Manager, in a timely and clear manner, any event that may have a significant impact on the management of the company's control system
• Use the provided tools (both digital and non-digital) in an appropriate manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Desirable minimum experience in the role. Also, candidates without experience, with a strong interest in management control, are considered
