Position Overview

We are seeking a Resource Optimization and Performance Specialist to support the management and enhancement of activities related to workload, planning, and cost efficiency. This role is crucial in optimizing resources to reduce overall expenses for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular assessments of workload status, identifying underutilization or overload, and monitoring mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on workload and business reviews.
  • Assist in the execution and follow-up of the Monthly Workload Review action plans.
  • Ensure proper allocation of resources in alignment with departmental budgets and targets.
  • Collaborate with all internal functions to promote transparency and cooperation in data preparation and documentation.
  • Regularly verify program statuses, highlighting deviations and supporting cost mitigation efforts.
  • Prepare reports related to program statuses, including Business Reviews.
  • Oversee that Estimated At Completion (EAC) costs align with departmental budget allocations.
  • Drive the digital transformation in workload and performance management, enhancing processes and efficiency through AI-based solutions.

Performance Indicators

Success in this role will be measured through:

  • Workload and performance outcomes across departments.
  • Timeliness and accuracy of reporting.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Expertise in planning methodologies, analysis, and relevant software tools.
  • Experience in cost estimation and analysis, with proficiency in tools such as SAP and Business Intelligence software.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include:

  • Experience in a multidisciplinary team environment under project pressures.
  • Knowledge of project controlling practices.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies.

Education

  • A degree in Management Engineering or a related field is required.
  • Membership in a professional management institution (e.g., PMI, IPMA, APICS) is a plus.
