Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Method Engineer to join our team at our Savigliano site in Italy. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for defining and validating detailed manufacturing processes for new products, ensuring that they meet our high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Development: Define and validate detailed manufacturing processes for new products, ensuring that they meet our quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
  • Industrialization: Drive the industrialization of new products, including the development of industrial master data and the creation of manufacturing work instructions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality, to ensure that manufacturing processes are aligned with product design and customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Technical Education: Electrical, mechanical, or welding skills.
  • Language Skills: English (read, written, spoken).
  • Desired Knowledge/Experience: Manufacturing experience, preferably in the railway industry; technical knowledge of manufacturing engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions, and line balancing.
  • Behavioral Competencies: Conscientious, team player, decisive, self-motivated, logical, and organized.
