AVI Foodsystems, Inc. is seeking a seasoned leader to fill the role of Hardees Dining Retail Manager.

As a trusted food service company, we provide comprehensive services with a focus on quality, freshness, and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Effectively manage multiple retail dining locations and service teams with a hands-on approach.
  2. Provide leadership, driving quality and efficiency in customer service, food production, menu development, product selection, quality control, sanitation, housekeeping, merchandising, marketing, and promotions.
  3. Manage inventory control, product forecasting, and food and supplies ordering.
  4. Operate and troubleshoot the POS system, train others to use it, and ensure proper cash handling.
  5. Ensure proper merchandising and marketing materials within each retail location.
  6. Monitor operating procedures, supervise staff, and provide training and development as needed.
  7. Ensure excellent customer service in each retail food location.
  8. Comply with all company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and team members.

Requirements:

  1. Background in franchised quick service restaurant operations, preferably in a multi-unit capacity.
  2. Successful team leadership experience.
  3. Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. ServSafe certification preferred.
  5. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  6. Knowledge of POS systems.
