Your Role:

As a Cosmetics Consultant at Sephora, you will be part of a dynamic and flexible team, focused on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. Your passion for the Retail and Beauty sectors will shine through as you contribute to achieving team goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and ensure they enjoy a unique and memorable shopping experience, making them feel valued, heard, and well-advised.
• Provide personalized consultations tailored to the individual needs of each customer.
• Assist the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily operations.
• Actively contribute to meeting store objectives (budget and targets) while adapting to any strategic changes and new action plans set by management.
• Organize and manage inventory and deliveries efficiently.
• Foster a strong team spirit by collaborating with colleagues and creating a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant), preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.
• Understanding of key performance indicators in retail.
• Empathy and dynamism.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Teamwork skills.
