Profile

Dynamic and adaptable Sales Advisor with a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction. Contribute to the team by actively participating in achieving targets. Passionate about the Retail and Beauty sectors.

Responsibilities

As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, the most beloved Beauty Community globally, your duties will include:

• Welcoming customers and ensuring a unique and memorable shopping experience: making them feel pampered, heard, and well-advised.
• Providing personalized consultations tailored to the individual customer.
• Assisting the Store Manager and Specialists in daily operations.
• Actively contributing to the store's objectives (budget and targets) while adapting to any strategic changes and new action plans set by management.
• Organizing and managing inventory and deliveries.
• Fostering a strong team spirit by collaborating with colleagues and creating a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant), preferably in dynamic multinational Retail environments.
• Understanding of key retail KPIs.
• Empathy and dynamism.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Teamwork orientation.
