Job Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Fund Manager in preparing the Fund's Business Plan and periodic updates, including drafting sensitivity scenarios;
  • Prepare necessary documents for committees, deliberative bodies, and investors;
  • Evaluate new investment opportunities;
  • Develop relations with Asset and Valuation functions.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent academic career path in financial and economic disciplines, with a Master's degree in Real Estate being a plus;
  • Previous experience in the real estate sector, specifically in fund/investment/transaction divisions (e.g., asset management company, consulting);
  • Knowledge of financial modeling;
  • Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
