About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting the preparation of monthly management reporting packages, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of monthly management reporting packages, identifying and analyzing variances, and providing management commentary.
  • Prepare country pack presentations to communicate financial performance and trends.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to evaluate business opportunities, perform profitability reviews, and design commercial strategies.
  • Support the adoption of standard finance tools and processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the organization.
  • Provide input for budget and forecast cycles, combining financial data with business insights to inform decision-making.
  • Measure and communicate performance against key metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Control and analyze costs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Participate in departmental projects and tasks, contributing to the development of financial models and analysis.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of finance experience, preferably in a complex multinational business environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Established financial, commercial, and strategic analysis skills, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Excellent data management skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and financial systems.
  • Base level financial modeling skills, including DCF analysis, scenario analysis, and business case development.
  • Commercial acumen, with a demonstrated ability to solve structured and unstructured problems.
  • Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative presentations.
  • Fluent level of English and Italian, with excellent language skills and communication abilities.
