Job Description

MAW S.p.A. Divisione Search & Selection is seeking a Production Planner to join our team in Monfalcone, Italy.

Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Receive, plan, and produce orders according to the agreed-upon distribution.
  • Production Optimization: Analyze orders to optimize loads and minimize losses.
  • Production Scheduling: Ensure timely production, controlling and enforcing assignments to production blocks, scheduled machine stops, and production plan closures within the set timeframe.
  • Production Adjustments: Make adjustments to production block plans based on market situations and production interruptions.
  • Inventory Management: Prepare and maintain inventory based on forecasts and current demand levels.
  • Market Support: Support sales offices in their respective markets.
  • Production Analysis: Systematically prepare an analysis of production plans in terms of quantity losses and optimization possibilities (analysis of losses/markets/collection of information from sales offices on market opportunities, etc.).
  • Logistics Support: Support the logistics department with system-related issues (SAP).
  • Reporting: Prepare logistics reporting.
  • Communication: Maintain direct contact with production departments.
Requirements:
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in the role.
  • Good knowledge of the English language (B2 level).
  • Competence in BW/BO.
  • Proactivity, efficiency, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to respect deadlines and attention to detail.
