Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Project Leader to join our team at Exelab S.R.L. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and coordinating processes to ensure smooth project delivery. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, and evaluating the performance of project execution in relation to budget.

  • Create project proposals and interface with managers of involved areas to verify feasibility;
  • Draft project documents and requirements involving analysts and managers;
  • Plan scheduled activities with sizing, resource allocation, and timings in coordination with program manager and managers;
  • Monitor activity progress and supervise correct execution, including direct management of activities within project management tools;
  • Brief clients and stakeholders on project status and collect feedback and reports.

Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management for complex digital projects;
  • Solid technical background with understanding or practical experience in software development and web technologies;
  • Excellent internal communication skills and client contact;
  • Organization and attention to detail without losing sight of project objectives;
  • Negotiation and crisis management skills within the team and with clients;
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, each with its own goals and budget;
  • Determination in achieving project goals, maximizing operational results, return on investment for Exelab and the client, and customer satisfaction;
  • Good knowledge of the English language, written and spoken;
  • Professional standing to converse with operational/technical staff and managers and C-level.

Nice to Have

Prior experience in managing CRM integration projects, web projects, or performance areas such as Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads, SEO, or Content Marketing would be beneficial. HubSpot certifications and Google certifications are also highly valued.
