The Bormioli Pharma Group is seeking a highly skilled Plant Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee all quality management activities within the Bergantino plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- To implement and improve the Quality Management System in accordance with company policies, national and international standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 15378, and where applicable, ISO 13485.
- To manage GMP training courses according to established programs or specific needs.
- To undertake activities related to audit preparation, management, and follow-up.
- To collaborate in defining Corrective Actions following customer complaints, internal audits, and/or customer audits, ensuring their completion.
- To contribute to drafting and updating Quality System procedures, instructions, and documents for the plant in line with Quality System guidelines.
- To assist in executing and updating risk analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team working capabilities.
- Proactivity.
- Result and quality-oriented mindset.
