Job Post: Process Control and Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Control and Automation Specialist to join our team at Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical disciplines and at least 5 years of experience in autonomously executing tasks on projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical specifications, material requisitions, and technical bid evaluations for Plant Control Systems and Safety Instrumented Systems.
  • Verify and comment on vendor drawings developed during project execution.
  • Assist the Head of Department in guaranteeing the application and continuous update of department and company standards, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Monitor the market state of the art and prepare technical and commercial evaluations about new products, technologies, and applications.
  • Attend factory acceptance tests and system power on and site acceptance tests of Control Systems.
  • Assist Construction and Commissioning Departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • First-level degree in technical discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in control systems.
  • Fluent English speaker and writer.
  • Availability to travel for short and long periods in Italy and abroad.
