Storeroom Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Storeroom Clerk to join our team at Auberge Resorts Collection. As a Storeroom Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our storerooms, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods. You will work closely with our Receiving team to ensure a seamless exchange of goods and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Receive and store goods in a timely and accurate manner
• Issue goods to departments as required, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and rotated
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including perpetual inventory records for liquor and wine
• Work closely with the Receiving team to ensure a smooth exchange of goods
• Ensure all goods are stored in their designated areas and that all storerooms are locked when unattended
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventories as required
• Complete food, beverage, and grocery stock replenishment as required and raise Purchase Orders for Director of Purchasing's approval

• Clear understanding of internal controls and quality standards
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams and vendors
• Reasonable problem-solving skills as it relates to the clerk's area of work
• Ability to work in a safe, prudent, and organized manner
