We're seeking a skilled and customer-focused Retail Growth Specialist to join our team at Verizon Communications. In this role, you'll play a critical part in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously learn and develop new skills through ongoing training and development programs.
  • Potential to lead teams and mentor colleagues to achieve sales goals.

About the Role:

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $49,000 to $59,000 per year, which includes base pay and target individual-based commission.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, starting on day one, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • A 401(k) plan with matching contributions up to 6% of eligible participant contributions to the plan, qualified student loan repayments, or a combination of both.
  • A $2,500 sign-on bonus (subject to the terms and conditions of the award).
