Travel Retail Education Specialist

Dolce & Gabbana S.R.L. is seeking a highly skilled Travel Retail Education Specialist to join its EMEA Education Department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a structured training and development program to enhance the knowledge and expertise of Beauty Consultants (BCs) in the travel retail channel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy across EMEA travel retail perimeter.
  • Design and deliver training programs for BC clusters, airports, and retailers.
  • Collaborate with Global Education and EMEA Travel Retail Teams to create training modules that support business objectives.
  • Support the development of customer-centric attitudes and behaviors through on-the-floor observation and coaching.
  • Provide timely and detailed feedback to regional education teams and travel retail teams.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in a high-end, luxury beauty environment.
  • Previous on-field experience as a BC is a plus.
  • Bachelor's/University Degree.
  • Availability to travel across EMEA airports (50/50 time split).
  • Excellent listening and observation skills.
  • Proven track record in building client relationships.
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Computer skills (PowerPoint, MS Office).
  • Ability to deal with different levels of the organization comfortably.
  • Excellent organizational skills; effective time-management skills.
  • Ability to bring concepts to reality.
  • High sense of luxury, luxury customer service.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; second foreign language is a nice-to-have.
