Job Overview
We are seeking an exceptional English Teacher to join our dynamic team in Trieste. As a key member of our educational staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning journey of our students, from 1 to 18 years old.

Responsibilities
As an English Teacher at Kids&Us, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Class Preparation: Utilize our proprietary teaching method to create engaging lessons, incorporating music, games, stories, and arts and crafts to cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Student Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and track student progress, providing guidance and support to help learners achieve their goals.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with students, parents, and peers to ensure seamless collaboration and a positive learning experience.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Teaching Experience: While prior teaching experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you feel confident and equipped to deliver our unique teaching method.
  • English Language Proficiency: Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher) is required.
  • Certificate of Carichi Pendenti: You must hold a Certificate of Carichi Pendenti with no previous records.
  • Teamwork: A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team are essential.
