Ferrero International S.A. is a leading manufacturer of high-quality chocolate products, including Nutella, Tic Tac, and Kinder Surprise. We are currently seeking an experienced R&D Laboratory Specialist to join our team in the development of new premium chocolate products.

About the Role:

As a key member of our DTC Department Premium Chocolate, you will be responsible for collaborating with management to manage laboratory activities, ensuring timely and efficient execution of all laboratory tests, and proposing solutions to improve product-related aspects.

  • Manage laboratory activities, ensuring compliance with legislation and analytical reliability.
  • Support manager in proposing solutions to improve product-related aspects, raw materials, semi-finished products, and production processes.
  • Organize laboratory, ensure sampling required for tastings, sensory analysis, and taste tests.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in Food Technology or similar, 1-2 years of experience in R&D laboratories in food industries, and knowledge of raw and semi-finished products. You should also have excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of SAP.
