We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Specialist to join our team at Skill Alliance. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of our clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
Proctoring and Case Support: train study site staff, supervise site workflow setup, maintain detailed proctoring records, and assist remotely or on-site during live cases. Clinical Trial Support: manage clinical trial activities, train and educate site staff, conduct site visits, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and data integrity.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant life science or healthcare field, master's degree preferred. Relevant experience as Clinical Field Trial Specialist, Field Technical Specialist or similar. Proven experience in proctoring and site management is an asset. Fluency in multiple languages, including English, Italian, French, and Spanish, is required. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, good communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary for this role.
