About the Role

Solventum is seeking a highly skilled and experienced EMEA Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

This role will be responsible for managing the entire recruiting process from start to finish, working closely with international hiring managers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

The ideal candidate will have a strong affinity for IT systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruiting process, from A to Z, in collaboration with international hiring managers.
  • Search for and develop state-of-the-art market-driven recruiting strategies.
  • Proactively source and pipeline candidates to support business needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Requirements:

  • Completed studies in human resources or business.
  • High affinity for IT systems, including MS Office applications and recruiting management systems.
  • Fluent Italian and English skills.
  • Passionate and experienced recruiter and talent advisor.
  • Experience in cross-country recruitment in an international company.
