Job Description: EMEA Talent Acquisition Specialist

As an EMEA Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent from across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing: Proactively source and pipeline candidates to support business needs, leveraging your expertise in recruitment management systems and IT applications.
  2. Recruitment Process Management: Manage the entire recruiting process from A to Z in cooperation with international hiring managers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, with a primary focus on Italy and Middle East and Africa countries.
  3. Coaching and Advising: Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on the best recruitment approach, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
  4. Market-Driven Strategies: Develop and implement state-of-the-art market-driven recruiting strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor or Master\'s degree, ideally with a focus on human resources or business.
  • Language Skills: Fluent Italian and English skills (must have).
  • Experience: A minimum of [X] years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in a cross-country recruitment environment.
