Bottega Veneta Jewelry Product Management Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a Jewelry Product Management Specialist to join our dynamic team at Bottega Veneta Logistica S.r.l. in Montebello Vicentino (Vicenza) and Milan. This is a fixed-term contract position within the Jewelry Product Development department.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor collection structure and codification (PLM)
- Define BOM and data sheet (PLM)
- Follow prototypes, collection samples, and launches
- Monitor costing of collection development and pre-production product
- Manage the photo archive and historical archive
- Prepare products and documents for shipping sample lines and prototypes with the support of the Logistics team
- Assist the Head of Product Development Jewelry in managing special projects, developing collections, and data analysis
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in product management within the Luxury Fashion industry
- Excellent knowledge of Office package, in particular Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and PLM information systems
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and Italian
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamworking skills
- Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
