About the role

We are seeking a skilled Facility Specialist to join our team at Bottega Veneta Logistica S.r.l. The ideal candidate will have expertise in maintenance and construction, with a strong focus on ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and Repair - Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ticket Management - Manage and track work orders, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Cost Control - Monitor and control costs associated with maintenance and repair activities.
  • Supply Chain Management - Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure that all necessary materials and services are provided in a timely manner.
  • Communication - Communicate effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and contractors to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date on maintenance and repair activities.

Requirements

  • Education - A degree in a relevant field such as architecture, civil engineering, or industrial engineering.
  • Experience - A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a maintenance and construction role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Skills - Strong knowledge of autocad and office software, including word, excel, and powerpoint.
  • Personality - A strong ability to plan and prioritize work, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
