Business Performance Manager Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our Business Performance Development team as a Business Performance Manager - Service Designer. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the transformation journey of Parts and Field Service business towards smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ownership of the governance of the knowledge and training platform and concept, ensuring regular training, updated training content, and mode of delivery.
  • Securing that training and training approach meet the expectations of the users.
  • Ownership of dedicated IBPM processes, ensuring that the content is up to date and follows agreed principles.
  • Applying Service Design process, mindset, workshops, and discussions with various collaborators and partners to secure a better user experience throughout our applications and processes.
  • Coaching internal colleagues in Service Design principles.
Requirements
  • Experience in service design, process mapping, and visualization skills.
  • Proactive, goal-focused, with a learning mindset and can-do attitude.
  • Great facilitation, collaboration, visualization, and communication skills.
  • Operational excellence and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Analytical and fact-based decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Practical experience/knowledge of Agile development methodologies is seen as an advantage.
  • Experience from having worked in B2B Service Environment is an advantage.
  • PowerBi knowledge is a good advantage.
