About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in creating a positive and inclusive work environment where all our employees feel valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support Site Leaders: Collaborate with site leaders to provide HR guidance and support on various HR matters.
  2. Implement New Policies: Support the implementation of new policies that enhance associate engagement and the working environment.
  3. Develop Communication Plans: Develop and implement communication plans to support site briefs and bulk or site-wide announcements.
  4. Lead HR Projects: Take the lead on implementing and progressing HR projects that drive business results.
  5. Analyse Data: Collect and analyse data to inform new HR policies and plans.

A Day in the Life

You will be based in an Amazon Delivery Station and will be the main representative to the Operations leadership at your location. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across different areas of the business to drive business outcomes and create a positive work environment. As an HR Business Partner, you will help resolve complex associate queries and create a positive atmosphere for your colleagues.

Requirements
  1. Education: A degree in a relevant field.
  2. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience working with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  3. Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
  4. Analytical Skills: Experience in analysing data and creating reports for leadership.
  5. Confidentiality: Experience in working with confidential and sensitive HR information.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. HRIS Experience: Experience working with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
  2. Employment Law: Experience working with basic employment law and HR/payroll practices.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders across various levels of seniority.
  4. Independence: Experience working independently and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
