Job Description

Sia Partners is seeking a highly skilled IT Strategy Consultant to join our team in Milan (hybrid mode) to work on projects related to organizational design, process review, and business transformation.

The selected candidate will be involved in various projects, including:

  • IT Governance and Organization
  • Data Governance and Data Strategy

Additionally, the candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of the Practice (workshops, publications, market analysis, and participation in seminars).

Qualifications

Required qualifications include:

  • Master's degree in Technology and Systems, Economics, or Engineering
  • 1-3 years of experience in a leading consulting firm or within IT project teams in multinational companies in the Financial Services, Manufacturing, Transportation, GDO Retail, Energy & Utilities sectors
  • Proficiency in English
