Job Description

Sia Partners is seeking a highly skilled IT Strategy Consultant to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our IT Strategy Practice, you will be responsible for delivering projects related to IT organization, process review, and business transformation.

Key areas of focus include:

  • IT Governance: Organizing IT and IT Governance, Data Governance, and Data Strategy
  • Project Management: IT Project and Program Management, Sourcing Strategies, Make or Buy, BPO, and Support for Tender Management

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our Practice, including workshops, publications, market analysis, and participation in seminars.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Master's degree in Technology and Systems, Economics, or Engineering
  • 1-3 years of experience in a leading consulting firm or within an IT project structure in multinational companies in the Financial Services, Manufacturing, Transportation, Retail, and Energy & Utilities sectors
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Soft skills such as enthusiasm, proactivity, analytical and synthetic skills, teamwork attitude, problem-solving orientation, and passion for the tech world
