Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Tax and General Ledger professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily GL operational activities, including accounts reconciliation and GL entries.
  • Ensure accurate fixed assets register and Intercompany reconciliation.
  • Prepare GL/IFRS entries at month/year-end, including accruals and deferred P&L.
  • Review Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements and perform IFRS monthly reporting.
  • Assist with statutory disclosures.
  • Manage tax compliance, including quarterly/yearly VAT returns and income vendors' statements.
  • Help implement accounting software/ERP systems to enhance financial operations.
  • Ensure adherence to internal compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Strong tax and VAT knowledge, including AR, AP, and foreign exchanges.
  • Strong analytical skills and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical accounting experience.
  • Coaching and/or mentoring skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and D365.

Additional Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in a similar function or related field.
  • Italian native.
  • English Advanced.
