About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Clerk to join our Child and Youth Programs team at the Air Force Institute of Technology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the CYP waitlist, coordinating enrollment, and overseeing recordkeeping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CYP waitlist and coordinate enrollment for children and youth programs.
  • Oversee recordkeeping and maintain accurate reports and records.
  • Collect parent fees and process payments.
  • Work with various data processing systems to ensure efficient operations.
  • Provide administrative support to the CYP team.
Requirements
  • Two (2) years of administrative experience.
  • Knowledge of general office automation software and practices.
  • Working knowledge of computer keyboard and Child and Youth Management System (CYMS) or equivalent database system.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Skill in cash handling required.
