About Franke LLC

The main role of a Junior SAP Integration Specialist is to evaluate business requirements and propose solutions that provide an integrated approach; it is not just about finding answers, but designing and delivering innovative solutions to achieve the Company's goals.

This role is based in a dynamic and innovative environment and reports to the Primary System Analyst Programmer.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

In your role as a Junior SAP Integration Specialist you will be responsible for the following main activities:

  • Design, build and test integration solutions within SAP/non-SAP and 3rd parties using CPI;
  • Be responsible for building, working out and maintaining the integration solutions in CPI;
  • Solving incidents and change requests which are opened in the ticketing tool (Service Now);
  • Ensure smooth operation of the interfaces and follow-up;
  • Guarantee smooth communication between the various parties in the project taking into account performance, data quality and security;
  • Participate in international projects.
Requirements and Competencies

Information Technology Degree (Bachelor or Master's in computer science or similar);

Basic knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform centric solutions (e.g. AI, RPA, Integrations) will be considered a plus;

Basic knowledge of ABAP programming language;

Fluent English and Italian (spoken and written);

Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills;

Willingness to travel will be considered a plus.
