For our international team, we are seeking a

Financial Accounting Manager (m/f/d)

based in our Office in Milan

Your mission:

· Oversee financial accounting functions for our Milan Office, including payment processing, working capital management, cash controls, and inter-company reconciliations.

· Provide leadership in daily operations related to processing, reporting, and month-end closing activities for Invoice Processing, Payment Processing, and Travel & Expense Processing.

· Manage the monthly financial closing cycle, ensuring all incurred costs are accurately recorded, account balances reconciled, and reports prepared.

· Deliver precise, timely, and insightful monthly management accounts and financial updates for executive review.

· Collaborate with other finance department leaders to support overall departmental objectives and goals.

· Work closely with tax advisors and legal counsel to ensure compliance and successful tax return submissions.

· Analyze client contracts, establishing and maintaining processes to monitor and report revenue, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in revenue reporting.

· Prepare summary analyses of financial statement variances against budget.

· Actively review and provide recommendations on financial and accounting processes.

Your qualifications:

· A minimum of 2+ years of experience in accounting or related fields.

· Proficient in Italian, with good command of English.

· Strong knowledge of local GAAP and VAT regulations.

· Familiarity with accounting software systems (specifically Teamsystem Gamma Enterprise).

· Proficient in computer applications (e.g., MS Office).

· Excellent research skills, detail-oriented, and strong communication abilities.

· Highly motivated, capable of multitasking and working independently under deadlines.
