About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Specialist to join our Digital Transformation and Technology function at Sidel. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the digital transformation of our organization, supporting the implementation of new tools and processes, and automating operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve SAP FSM (Field Service Management) tool, integrated with ERPs used by Sidel: SAP B1, SAP ECC, and SAP 4/Hana.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and consultants to develop and improve business operational procedures and IT systems for the Services Area.
  • Propose actions and solutions to improve IT support by automating and simplifying tasks, training actions.
  • Act as a team member in selected projects, developing efficient and cost-effective solutions.
  • Communicate changes and provide training to impacted key users or users.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with people, including external suppliers and service providers, working remotely, in different countries, and from different business and geographical cultures.
  • Structured approach to process analysis.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Interested in growing in the Information Technology area.
About You

The successful candidate is customer and business oriented, proactive, and goal-oriented, with a strong sense of personal drive and initiative, and good people skills. The IS Analyst is analytical and fact-based, relying on prioritization, clarity, and action orientation.
