MacGregor Black is seeking a seasoned E-Commerce professional to lead our digital sales efforts. As the Head of E-Commerce, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive online sales, enhance customer experience, and optimize digital channels across our brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Development: Define and implement the e-commerce strategy for all brands, aligning it with overall business objectives.
  • Operational Management: Oversee and optimize e-commerce sites to enhance user experience and drive sales.
  • Performance and Analysis: Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance using Google Analytics.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a smooth, personalized, and consistent online customer experience.
  • Team Management and Cross-Collaboration: Lead a team of e-commerce professionals, fostering collaboration with marketing, sales, IT, and logistics departments.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of e-commerce experience, ideally in the fashion retail sector.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience with Shopify and Google Analytics.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Understanding of IT terminology and relevant technologies.
