Accommodation Coordinator

e-work SpA, HR Executive Branch, is seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Assistant to support the organization of the 2025 Winter Universiade in Torino. The successful candidate will work under the coordination of the Accommodation Manager and the supervision of the Game Services Director.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage the accommodation plan for the event, ensuring seamless logistics and operations.
- Manage booking services, including rooming lists, modifications, and cancellations.
- Conduct site visits to assess accommodation facilities, services, and capacity.
- Develop operational plans for accommodation services for delegations and other clients.
- Degree or higher in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in accommodation or hospitality, preferably in international event management.
- Strong knowledge of accommodation and hospitality services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- A temporary contract for the duration of the event.
