Job Title: Accommodation Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accommodation Assistant to support our team in the organization of the 2025 Winter Universiade in Torino. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating accommodation services for international delegations and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage accommodation plans for international events
  • Manage booking services, rooming lists, and accommodation information
  • Map and evaluate accommodation capacities and services
  • Develop operational plans for accommodation services
Requirements:
  • Degree in a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in accommodation or hospitality roles, preferably in international event management
  • Knowledge of accommodation and hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
