Job Title: Accommodation Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accommodation Assistant to support our team in the coordination of the 2025 Winter Universiade in Torino. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of accommodation services for delegates and other clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and management of accommodation plans for international events
  • Provide support for booking, modification, and cancellation of accommodation services
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate accommodation facilities and services
  • Develop operational plans for accommodation services for delegates and other clients
Requirements:
  • Degree in a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or in event management
  • Knowledge of the accommodation and hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Good knowledge of English (B1 level)
  • Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactivity, precision, and flexibility
