Job Description

As a Technical Trainer at ServiceNow, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality training content to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training content across multiple product lines, including classroom, virtual classroom, and recorded formats.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow platform features and functionality, and incorporate this knowledge into your training programs.
  • Collaborate with our Curriculum Development team to provide feedback on the development of effective and sustainable training courseware and curriculum.
  • Work on projects to support the training delivery organization, including process improvements and technical enhancements.
  • Limited travel required.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and experience with programming/scripting languages.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience implementing end-to-end solutions in a client environment, with a background in ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, HR, Security, or CSM.
  • High level of flexibility, creativity, and dependability.
  • Experience with Web Services, APIs, and Database-level integrations.
  • Knowledge of technical components, such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO, and other similar technologies.
  • Proven experience using ServiceNow as a platform is desirable.
  • Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Information Technology.
  • Proven experience delivering technical workshops in client environments, both in-person and online.
  • Multilingual, preferably French, German, or Italian.
