Job Description

As a Technical Trainer at ServiceNow, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality training content to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to create and deliver engaging training programs that cater to diverse audiences and learning styles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop training content for various product lines, including ServiceNow, using a range of formats such as classroom, virtual classroom, and recorded sessions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow platform developments and incorporate this knowledge into your training programs.
  • Collaborate with the Curriculum Development team to provide feedback on training courseware and curriculum, ensuring it is effective and sustainable.
  • Contribute to projects that support the training delivery organization, leveraging your technical expertise to drive process improvements.
  • Travel may be required for training sessions and meetings.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience with programming/scripting languages.
  • Knowledge of ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, HR, Security, or CSM, with a background in implementing end-to-end solutions in a client environment.
  • High level of flexibility, creativity, and dependability, with experience in delivering technical workshops in client environments.
  • Experience with Web Services, APIs, and Database-level integrations, as well as knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO.
  • Proven experience using ServiceNow as a platform is desirable.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology is preferred.
  • Multilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in French, German, or Italian, are encouraged to apply.
