About the Job
This position is based in Germany (Hessen). As a Business Developer, you will play a key role in increasing our revenue plan by developing profitable business opportunities and building long-term partnerships with B2B partners for our financing solutions. You will support the Business Development Director in their country representative role for FLOA PAY. Your responsibilities will include building and feeding the pipeline & CRM, prospecting companies in given sectors, organizing meetings with their representatives, formalizing product presentations, and carrying out commercial follow-up. You will also attend events, represent FLOA Pay, and work closely with our central sales team in France and BNP Paribas local teams.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need strong commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as leadership and communication skills. You should have a university degree, proven business development or sales experience in digital transformation, e-commerce, payment solutions, or similar in an international context. You should be proactive, customer-oriented, and results-oriented, with excellent comprehensive, problem-solving, and sales skills. You should also have effective communication skills, strong business acumen, attention to detail, and persuasion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce is required, as well as fluency in German and English (French is a plus). This role requires frequent and regular travel within the country and to France (Bordeaux and Paris).

Job Requirements
University degree
