Job Title: Front Office Agent

Terme di Saturnia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Agent to join our team. As a Front Office Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring that it is clean and organized at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a front office or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
